How is my subscription billed?

Your subscription is billed every 30 days. The subscription fee is charged at the end of each billing period and is automatically deducted from your Seller balance.
  1. If your available payout balance is not sufficient to cover the subscription fee, we will issue an invoice for the outstanding amount. This may happen, for example, if you have a high number of returns, many cash-on-delivery orders, or no accepted orders during the billing period.
The subscription fee is always listed as a separate item in both your billing summary in the Seller Management Center and on your invoice.

If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, it will automatically renew for another 30 days.

Changing your subscription plan

The process of changing your subscription depends on whether you are upgrading to a higher-tier plan or downgrading to a lower-tier plan.
Upgrading Your Subscription Plan
  1. When you upgrade to a higher-tier subscription plan, you gain immediate access to all the benefits included in your new plan.
  2. A new billing period starts automatically.
  3. Your previous plan is billed on a prorated basis, meaning you only pay for the days you actually used it.
Example: Upgrading from the PLUS plan to the MAX plan:

Downgrading Your Subscription Plan
  1. When you downgrade to a lower-tier subscription plan, the change is scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  2. Until then, you will continue using your current plan and retain all the benefits you have already paid for.
  3. You can cancel the scheduled plan change at any time before the end of the current billing period and continue using your existing subscription plan.
Example: Downgrading from the MAX plan to the PLUS plan:

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling your subscription means that it will not renew for the next billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current paid billing period.

Example:
  1. You activate your subscription on February 15.
  2. You cancel your subscription on February 20.
  3. You continue using your subscription and all its benefits until the end of the paid billing period, March 17.
  4. After that date, your subscription will not renew automatically.
To cancel your subscription completely, go to Account Settings > Subscription > Additional Information > Cancel Subscription.
