Launching a display campaign on Empik Ads is an intuitive process that you can complete on your own in just a few minutes. Below you’ll find a guide to the most important steps in setting up a campaign, along with practical tips and links to more detailed guides. A sponsored brand is an ad format that lets you highlight your brand, store, publisher, or author above every listing on Empik.com. This helps your brand gain greater recognition, and users will be directed straight to your products.
You can promote up to 10 offers in a campaign, and the campaign itself will display 3 of the ones you select.
Log in to the dashboard and start a campaign
To access the dashboard, go to the Seller Management Center, select the Advertising and Promotion section on the left, and then select the Panel Empik Ads.
Alternatively, you can go to the following page: https://empikads.czs.empik.com
In the Empik Ads dashboard, under the “Dashboard” tab, you'll find an overview of your account's performance and a list of campaigns you've created so far. To start a new campaign:
- Click Add Campaign on the right side below the dashboard
- Select the campaign type: Display, and give the campaign a name that will help you easily identify it—for example, “Brand X – educational toys – summer.” This is a working title and is visible only to you.
Set campaign parameters
After naming the campaign, set the dates. Setting the campaign start date is required, while the end date is optional. If you do not set it, the campaign will remain active until you manually pause it or the total budget is exhausted. Empik is automatically selected as the store.
Empik is automatically selected as the shop.
Here, you can also set a limit on the number of views per user session.
Budget and Bidding
You can set:
- Daily budget – resets every day
- Total budget – limits the total amount you can spend
This gives you full control over your campaign costs.

To create a campaign, you must set either a total budget or a daily budget.
Of course, you can set both a daily and a total budget, or just one of them.
Select a bidding strategy
Target ROAS - You specify the expected return on investment; for example, a 700% ROAS means that for every zloty spent, you want to generate 7 zlotys in sales. The system automatically optimizes the bids.
CPM Bidding - You set the amount you'll pay for every 1,000 ad impressions.
For example, if the CPM rate is set at 16 zł, you’ll pay 16 zł for 1,000 ad impressions, and half that amount—8 zł—for 500 impressions.
Creating an ad in a campaign
In each display campaign, you can add several ads and track their performance.
For a campaign to be active, it must have at least one ad created.
Individual ads within a campaign may differ in terms of the image used or their targeting.
After adding all the ad parameters, you can add another ad by clicking +Add Ad in the left corner.
Every edit or addition of an ad to a campaign must be moderated by the Empik Ads team, so it’s best to create several ad groups within the campaign right away.
You can name each ad so that it reminds you of a specific aspect of the targeting or another campaign parameter, such as linking.
The destination will always be Empik dla marki sponsorowanej
Select your campaign targeting
You can choose from 3 targeting methods for your campaigns:
- by phrases - that is, words that, when entered into a search engine, may trigger your ad to appear to the user
- by exact categories - that is, the exact location within the category tree where your ad may appear to the user
- by prefix categories - that is, the main category you select and all of its subcategories
You also have access to negative targeting, which allows you to exclude all categories and phrases for which you don't want your ad to appear.
Creative
In the URL section, specify the location within the empik.com domain where you’d like to direct users when they click on an image, text, or CTA button. We recommend specifying your store, brand listing, or author page here. You can, of course, also narrow the redirect to a specific category or product line.
Add the image you want to display in the ad by dragging a PNG or JPG file with dimensions of 180x180 px into the designated field.
Next, enter your ad copy, which should be up to 40 characters long.
Please also specify the brand featured in the ad.
Select the products you'd like to include in the campaign
Select the products for your campaign yourself using the filters and search function. The product list is fixed and does not change during the campaign.
You can select up to 10 products, but only 3—chosen by the algorithm—will be displayed in the campaign.
Add a campaign or another ad to a campaign
Now you can add another ad that will be active in the same campaign or click Add Campaign.
It will go directly to moderation.
