How to set up notifications for orders

Learn how to manage notifications so that you only receive the ones that are relevant to you.

The empik.com system automatically sends Sellers notifications about orders and other important events related to sales. You can choose to receive all notifications or only those you consider necessary.

Notifications must be set up individually for each user.

How to modify your notifications

  1. Log in to the Seller Panel.
  2. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select the My User Settings tab.
  4. Go to Notification Preferences.
  5. Uncheck any notifications you do not want to receive.

By default, all notifications are selected. Simply uncheck the ones you don’t need.

NotesAll notifications are sent to the email address listed as your contact. If you want to receive them at a different address, please contact the Support Team.
