Product Campaigns

Product Campaigns

In our advertising system, we can distinguish between two types of product campaigns:
  1. Manual
  2. Express
Below you'll find brief overviews and guides to the most important steps in setting up manual and express campaigns, along with practical tips and links to more detailed guides.

Setting Up a Product Campaign

Log in to the dashboard and start a campaign
To access the dashboard, go to the Seller Management Center, select the Advertising and Promotion section on the left, and then select the Panel Empik Ads.

  1. In the Empik Ads dashboard, under the “Dashboard” tab, you'll find an overview of your account's performance and a list of campaigns you've created so far. To start a new campaign:
Click Add Campaign on the right side below the dashboard

If you want to create a product campaign, you can choose from the two options mentioned earlier. Select one of them:
  1. Express: Allows you to quickly launch product promotions with a minimum number of settings. The system automatically optimizes advertising campaigns to maximize sales.
  2. Manual: Allows for full ad configuration and optimization of all available parameters
Each of the campaigns listed above appears in the same target locations.

Express Product Campaign

The Express Product Campaign is a campaign type in Empik Ads that allows you to quickly launch product promotions with a minimum number of settings. The system automatically optimizes advertising activities to maximize sales.

The solution was designed to simplify campaign setup and reduce the time needed to launch a campaign, while maintaining the effectiveness of advertising efforts.

  1. Select campaign type: "Express campaign"

2. Set the campaign parameters:

This is where you can quickly and easily set all the key campaign parameters

Settings
After naming the campaign, set the dates. Setting the campaign start date is required, while the end date is optional. If you do not set an end date, the campaign will remain active until you manually pause it.
Products
You can select products for your campaign in 3 different ways:
  1. Add all products to the campaign.
  2. Pick products meaning you choose the products for the campaign yourself. This option allows you to use filters and the search function, and the list of selected products remains fixed and does not change during the campaign.
  3. The final option is automatic rules. With this option, you set the conditions for selecting promoted products, e.g., “Products from Brand X priced over 1,000 PLN that include the word ‘scooter’ in their name.” The campaign will promote only those offers that meet the criteria—including those that will be added to your product lineup in the future.

Budget & bidding

The last setting you need to configure is the campaign’s daily budget.
The minimum you can set is 10 zł per day.
If you’re unsure what budget to set, our system will suggest an appropriate amount based on the products added to the campaign.

Manual Product Campaign
A Manual Product Campaign is a campaign type in Empik Ads that allows you to edit all available campaign parameters.

Select a campaign type Product

Name the campaing
Give the campaign a name that will allow you to easily identify it—for example, “Brand X – educational toys – summer.” This is a working title and is visible only to you.

Set the campaign parameters
After naming the campaign, set the dates. Setting the campaign start date is required, while the end date is optional. If you do not set an end date, the campaign will remain active until you manually pause it or the total budget is exhausted.

Select products
You have two options to choose from:
  1. Pick products You choose the products for your campaign yourself, using filters and the search function. The list of products added to the campaign is fixed and does not change during the campaign.
  2. Automatic rulesYou create rules, such as “Products from Brand X priced over 1,000 PLN that include the word ‘scooter’ in their name.” The campaign will promote only those offers that meet the criteria—including those that will be added to your product lineup in the future.

Budget & bidding
You cen set:
  1. Daily budget – resets every day
  2. Total budget – limits the total amount of expenditures
This gives you full control over your campaign costs.
Info
To create a campaign, you must set either a total budget or a daily budget.
Of course, you can set both a daily and a total budget, or just one of them.

Select a bidding strategy
Target ROAS - You specify the expected return on investment; for example, a 700% ROAS means that for every zloty spent, you want to generate 7 zlotys in sales. The system automatically optimizes the bids.
Manual CPCYou set the maximum amount you're willing to pay per click. The system will never exceed that amount.

Finish and activate the campaign.
