Empik.com offers three subscription plans. Each plan provides a different set of features and level of support, designed to meet the needs of Sellers at different stages of their business.

STANDARD
Designed for Sellers who are just getting started on empik.com or only need access to the marketplace's core features.

PLUS
Designed for Sellers who have already made their first sales and want to grow their business strategically by improving offer visibility, gaining access to analytics, and benefiting from reduced commission rates on Preferred Placement sales.

MAX
Our most comprehensive plan, designed for Sellers who consider empik.com an important sales channel and want to scale their business with access to the full range of benefits, advanced analytics, and additional support.

Preferred Placement Commission
When your offer is displayed in the #1 position on a product page and a customer purchases it, both the standard base commission and the Preferred Placement commission are charged.

The higher your subscription plan, the lower your Preferred Placement commission, allowing you to keep more of your revenue.

The Preferred Placement commission is calculated based on the total value of the product and the shipping cost.

The Preferred Placement commission is charged only when a product included in an order is purchased from the #1 position on the product page.

Example
  1. A customer places an order for three products: A, B, and C.
  2. Products A and B were purchased from the #1 position on the product page.
  3. Product C was not.
The Preferred Placement commission will be charged on the value of Products A and B.

No Preferred Placement commission will be charged for Product C.

You sell a product for PLN 100 with a 10% base commission.
  1. STANDARD – PLN 12.50 = PLN 10.00 base commission + PLN 2.50 Preferred Placement commission
  2. PLUS – PLN 11.50 = PLN 10.00 base commission + PLN 1.50 Preferred Placement commission
  3. MAX – PLN 11.00 = PLN 10.00 base commission + PLN 1.00 Preferred Placement commission
This means that with the MAX plan, you save PLN 150 on every 100 Preferred Placement orders.

Your Store Logo
Your store logo can be displayed on empik.com, helping you increase your brand recognition and build trust with customers.
  1. PLUS plan – Your logo is displayed on product pages.
  2. MAX plan – Your logo is displayed on product pages and search results pages.
How to add your logo
  1. Go to the Seller Panel. 
  2. Select Store from the menu on the left. 
  3. At the bottom of the page, upload your store logo. It will then be displayed to customers on empik.com.

Store Analytics – Coming Soon!
Get access to performance reports designed to help you better understand your business. The available insights depend on your subscription plan.
  1. PLUS plan – Access your store's performance data from the last 6 months.
  2. MAX plan – Access your store's performance data from the last 18 months, as well as marketplace-wide data from empik.com. This gives you powerful insights for competitor analysis and identifying market trends.

Example reports available to you
  1. Sales and Visits by Offer – Top 100 best-performing products.
  2. Seller Ranking – A list of the top 30 Sellers based on sales value.
  3. Offer Performance Details – A detailed comparison of sales performance for a selected offer.

Empik Ads Consultation
Once every quarter, you can schedule a one-on-one consultation with an Empik Ads specialist. During the session, we will:
  1. review your current advertising campaigns and their performance,
  2. identify opportunities for optimization,
  3. help you choose the most effective ad formats and budget,
  4. provide recommendations tailored to your offers and sales goals.

Seller Support
The level of support you receive depends on your subscription plan.
  1. STANDARD plan – Access to standard support, with an average first response time of 4 hours.
  2. PLUS and MAX plans – Your support requests are given priority, with an average first response time of 1.5 hours. This is ideal for situations that require a quick response.

Technical Audit
Once every quarter, a dedicated technology specialist will review and assess the quality of your marketplace integration.

The audit includes an evaluation of:
  1. offer import success rate,
  2. product page import success rate,
  3. the number of successfully created and rejected product pages,
  4. the visibility of your offers on empik.com.
After the audit, you will receive a summary of the results for your account and, if necessary, recommendations on how to resolve any issues identified.

Discounts on Brand World Packages
Join Brand World with a 30% discount:
  1. a dedicated Business Account Manager,
  2. increased brand visibility on empik.com,
  3. the "[Brand Name] Official Store" badge, helping to build customer trust,
  4. automatic Buy Box priority for your offer when customers access a product page through your Brand World page,
  5. the option to create a dedicated Landing Page or Shop-in-Shop on empik.com (available with the Strategic package),
  6. attractive discounts on seasonal promotional campaigns, such as the Design Zone campaign,
  7. vouchers for Empik Ads.

Managing Your Subscription

You can find information about your current subscription plan in the Seller Management Center under Account Settings > Subscription.

Here, you can view:
  1. your current subscription plan,
  2. the activation date and next renewal date,
  3. the net subscription fee,
  4. the benefits included in your subscription plan,
  5. billing details,
  6. a comparison of the available subscription plans,
  7. the option to cancel your subscription.
