Completing the waybill is a step that will allow you and the customer to monitor the package in real time during its delivery by the carrier. 
It is important that the completion of the waybill is done carefully and in accordance with the law, in order to avoid potential problems related to the transportation of goods. The waybill is an important document for both the shipper, the carrier and the consignee, so it is essential to ensure complete and accurate documentation.

How to fill in tracking information correctly?

  1. Log in to the Seller Dashboard: https://marketplace.empik.com/
  2. In the menu bar, select "Orders" to view the list of all orders.
  3. Then, click on the order ID of the selected order to open the order page.
  4. In the "Shipment" section click on "Add tracking information." Enter the name of the carrier and a tracking number. 
  5. Then, mark the order as shipped and click "Add."
