Basic Information

What is click-through rate (CTR)?

Click-through rate (CTR) indicates how frequently users click on an ad after seeing it. Each campaign and keyword in your account has its own CTR value, which is available in the campaign dashboard.

What is Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)?

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) is a key metric that measures the efficiency of an advertising campaign. It is calculated by dividing the revenue generated by the campaign by its total cost.
For example, if your campaign cost was 100 zł and it generated 500 zł in revenue, the ROAS would be 500%. This means that for every 1 zł spent on an ad, 5 zł was earned in return.

What is an impression?

An impression is counted each time your ad is displayed to a user on the site. Impression statistics show the total number of times your ad has been shown to visitors.

What is a click?

A click occurs when a user interacts with your ad by clicking on it. Click statistics indicate how many times your ad has been clicked by users.

What types of campaigns are available?

Empik Ads currently offers two types of campaigns:
  • Product Campaign
  • Sponsored Brands Campaign

What is the duration of a campaign?

The duration of a campaign depends on your individual campaign settings. The minimum duration is one day.

You can choose to run a campaign without an end date (Bez daty zakończenia), which is recommended if you wish for it to run continuously without time restrictions.
Note: You can pause or stop your campaign at any time.

What is the daily budget and total budget?
  1. Daily budget (budżet dzienny) – This is the maximum amount you're willing to spend per day. Your ads will be shown throughout the day until this budget is exhausted.
  • Total budget (budżet całkowity) – This is the total amount allocated for the entire campaign. Ads will continue to run until the total budget is spent or the campaign reaches its scheduled end date — whichever comes first.
You can set both a daily and a total budget at the same time for better control over your advertising spend.
