How to pause an active campaign?

To pause an active campaign, toggle the switch next to the campaign name in the campaign list (dashboard view) to the left. To reactivate it, toggle the same switch to the right.

How to reactivate a paused campaign?

If a campaign has been paused (e.g. due to budget exhaustion), it can be reactivated in the campaign panel. Simply adjust the campaign parameters as needed and switch the campaign status back to active.

Can a campaign be deleted?

Campaigns can be deleted.

To do this:

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns (Kampanie) section from the left-hand menu.
  2. Tick the checkbox next to the campaign you wish to delete.
  3. Click the Edit (Edycja) button above the list and select Delete.
⚠️ Important: Deleting a campaign is strongly discouraged, as all performance statistics will be permanently lost (only cost data will remain visible in the Billing (Rozliczenia) section).

How to manage a campaign?

To edit a campaign, click the pencil icon next to it in the campaign list. This allows you to change any of the campaign’s parameters.


To edit the product list, click “See selected products” (Zobacz wybrane produkty).

  • You can remove products by unticking them from the list.
  1. You can add products using the search function and selecting the checkbox next to the desired product.

To edit other campaign settings (e.g. duration, bidding strategy, or budget), go to the Campaign Details (Szczegóły kampanii) section below the product list.

Always remember to save your changes by clicking the appropriate button.

How to optimise a campaign?

To improve performance, monitor campaign results and make data-driven adjustments.
It is recommended to wait until the campaign has been running for at least one week or has received a minimum of 50 clicks before making optimisation decisions.

What to do if a product receives too few impressions?
The number of impressions depends on:

  • Relevance to user search queries and categories
  • Attractiveness and completeness of the product page
  • Your maximum CPC bid and/or goal ROAS

To improve visibility:

  • Enhance your product title, description, and category placement
  • Increase your maximum CPC
  • Lower your goal ROAS

What to do if a product is frequently clicked but rarely purchased?

If your ad gets clicks but no conversions:

  • Review your product page — is it clear, appealing, and informative?
  • Compare your pricing against competitors
  • Try lowering your CPC to reduce inefficient spend
  • If performance doesn’t improve, consider replacing the product in the campaign

Can a product be removed from a campaign?

The product can be deleted by editing the campaign and selecting the product on the active product list. For further details please refer to “How to manage a campaign?” section.

Can the daily budget be changed?

The daily budget can be changed in the campaign details section.  For further details please refer to “How to manage a campaign?” section.

Can the maximum CPC be changed during a campaign?

The maximum CPC and the type of strategy (maximum CPC or goal ROAS) can be changed at any time. For further details please refer to “How to manage a campaign?” section.

Can the maximum CPC be set individually per product?

The maximum CPC cannot be specified for different products in the campaign. To specify the maximum CPC for different products they must be allocated in separate campaigns.
