Order Statuses

Order Statuses

Orders placed through EmpikPlace change their statuses depending on the processing progress. You can find the definition of each status below:

Primary order statuses:
  1. Pending Acceptance – accept or reject the order
  2. Debit in Progress – an order is awaiting payment; if this status does not change for quite some time, it means that the customer has not paid for an order; the system will wait for payment for 10 days – after this period of time, the order will be rejected automatically
  3. Shipping in Progress – process and ship the order; if the order was paid on acceptance, its status automatically changes to “Shipping in Progress.”
  4. Shipped – you have shipped the order
  5. Received – the customer has confirmed receiving the order

Additional order statuses:
  1. Refunded – a refund for the order has been issued
  2. Rejected – the order has been rejected
  3. Cancelled – the order has been cancelled
  4. Closed – the order has been finalised
