Where to find your Store ID and how to change your password

Learn how to quickly find your Store ID and what to do if you need to reset your password. This will ensure uninterrupted access to your account and make it easier to contact the Support Team.

What is Store ID and where to find it?

Your Store ID is a unique number assigned to your Seller Account.
You can easily find it in two places:
  1. in the Seller Management Center,

  2. in the Seller Panel.

Store ID is your main identifier on empik.com. It helps our team quickly locate your store and provide efficient support.

How to change or reset your password

The process of changing or resetting your Empik system password takes only a moment and does not require contacting technical support.
Password reset instructions:
  1. Go to the Seller Management Center login page.
  2. Enter your login (the email address you used during registration).
  3. Click Forgot your password?
  4. Your email address will automatically appear in the form field.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Check your inbox - you’ll receive an email with a link to set a new password.
  7. Click the link and create a new password.
If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder or other tabs (e.g. Promotions or Social).
NotesThe password reset message will be sent from no-reply@mirakl.net, with the subject line: “Mirakl: Reset your password”.
