Contact and Bank Account Details
In EmpikPlace Seller Dashboard, you will find data which has been derived from the registration form automatically in tabs Settings > Shop > Contact Detail/Bank Account Details. Verify the accuracy of information and make sure that the email address in the "Email" field is correct because you will receive our commercial communication to this inbox.
Verify and modify information in these sections regularly – this way you will avoid mistakes on invoices issued by EmpikPlace.
Any change introduced to these sections will result is automatic suspension of your payment account in order to protect your account.
How to unblock the payment account?
To open the account, you have to contact Support Department through email at support-marketplace@empik.com with information about the changes.
After receiving an email and veryfing the changes, the payment account will be opened.
