We have many automatic notifications on EmpikPlace that are send to the sellers when an action is completed. You can manage notifications on your own according to your preferences.
All emails are send to an email address provided in the "Contact Details" tab in the Seller Dashboard. If you would like to receive notifications on a different email address, please contact our Support Department at support-marketplace@empik.com.
