Active Vs. Inactive Offer

In the EmpikPlace Seller Panel, you have the ability to verify every offer you have uploaded. There are times when an offer is not active.

Verify if all offers you have uploaded are active. If they are not, analyse the reasons and activate them.

How to verify it:
  2. From the menu bar, select the Price and stock > Offers to see the list of all your offers.
  3. On the left side you will find a column where you should set the appropriate filters. Select Offer > Active offer > No.
  4. Click "Refresh."
  5. Here you can check all inactive offers. You can select a given offer to find out why it is inactive
If you would like to check all offers at once,  “Download ‘ready to import’ inventory file" to download a file with inactive offers and the reason for each of them.


The most common reason for offer's invisibility is running out of stock.
