Incorrectly Linked Offer

It is possible that your offer will be linked incorrectly to a product in our database after an import. To correct this error, the offer must be set to zero anf then delete it in EmpikPlace Seller Dashboard. 
A seller who uses an integration system must do this directly in the integration panel. Check the instructions here.

There is a chance that when uploading a file, your offer will be incorrectly linked to products that are in our database. In order to do this, the offer must be reset and then deleted in the EmpikPlace Seller Panel.
A seller who uses an integration platform must do this directly in the integration platform panel.

There are two methods to do this in the Seller dashboard:
  1. individually
  2. in groups

DELETING AN INDIVIDUAL OFFER
  2. In the menu, select Price and stock > Offers to see the list of all your offers.
  3. Search for an offer you want to delete and click on its title.
  4. Enter value "0" in the "Quantity" field.
  5. Save modifications.
  6. The last step is to select products you want to delete and click "Delete selected offers."
You can also perform this operation for more offers by setting their quantity to 0 and deleting an unlimited number of offers at a time.


DELETING MULTIPLE OFFERS AT ONCE

IMPORTANT
This action will reset and delete all active and inactive offers in EmpikPlace. If you want to delete only selected offers, we suggest you use the individual method that we have mentioned before.
  1. Log in to EmpikPlace Seller Dashboard.
  2. Go to Price and stock > File imports.
  3. Then, click on "Excel template" on the right side.
  4. Dowload the generate.
  5. Download the generated template, you do not need to open it.
  6. Go to the  Price & Stock > File Imports again.
  7. Fill in all fields:
    1. Source: upload the file
    2. File content: Offers
    3. Import mode: Delete and replace
  8. Upload the downloaded file.
  9. Click "Import."
