Soon, we will introduce a requirement to enter waybill numbers for every order across all delivery methods available on the EmpikPlace platform.
On February 17, 2025, we will enforce the mandatory completion of waybills for the Delivery to Żabka Pickup Points method.
Then, every two weeks, we will announce the enforcement of this requirement for additional delivery methods.
Make sure you are correctly entering waybills today:
✅ If you process orders directly in the Empik panel – before confirming the shipment, enter the waybill in the panel according to this article.
✅ If you use an integration that automatically adds waybill numbers to your account – ensure that:
To verify this, go to a selected order in the EmpikPlace panel and then, in the upper right corner, select More Actions > History.
If your integration processes orders incorrectly (e.g., confirming shipment first and sending the waybill afterward), it may stop updating order statuses once this requirement is enforced. This is because the EmpikPlace system will expect the waybill to be entered first.
Make sure to adjust your integration so that it follows the correct sequence.
