How to integrate the store with EmpikPlace?

STEP 1: Set up the connection between Prestashop and Mirakl Connect:
  1. Complete your profile (at least 80%) => "Settings" > "My Profile".
  2. Complete the FTO steps: Add your company information, your KYC, your billing information, your shipping information
  3. Import price and stocks – Import method > Prestashop
  4. In your Prestashop back office > module > module Manager > Upload a module – Upload the ZIP file you had when buying the module.
  5. Link the current marketplace store with Mirakl Connect => "Marketplaces" > "My Stores" > "Import Stores".

STEP 2: Set up the connection between Mirakl Connect and the marketplace:

1. "Marketplaces" > "My Stores" > Click on the marketplace you want to configure.
  1. Make sure your products are created and on a Valid status on your marketplace back office
You can download the product file directly into Connect on the tab "Product creation" or on the marketplace back office, download the product template:
  1. "Stock and price" > "File imports" > Download an Excel template of the product catalog. Complete as many fields as possible = having the best product page possible.
  2. When finished, upload it again into the marketplace and check the product status.
  1. The matching will be done based on "Your ID" and the EAN/GTIN.
  2. Complete the tabs: "Price rules" and "Catalog information."

STEP 3: Set up the synchronization between Prestashop, Connect and the marketplace:
  1. Set up offer synchronization: In "catalog synchronization": tick all of them if you want offers to be pushed for all your catalog or unselect "Products" if you only want to push part of it. In that case, you will need to manually create offers in the marketplace. Then the connector will update these offers every 15 minutes.
  2. Set up order synchronization: In Connect in the Settings tab > "Apps" > Prestashop > allow the order synchronization.
  3. Do not forget to fill in the carrier tracking link information.

In "Help Center" in Mirakl Connect, you will find the "Documentation Portal" with all the information and videos you need to help you with the Prestashop connector.
