Password Reset

Each seller is able to reset a password to the Sellers dashboard in order to create a new password allowing them to access the platform

To do this:
  • Use an email address that you used to sign up on EmpikPlace and click ”Dalej.”
  • Next, click ”Forgot your password?”
  • Enter an email address that you use as a username for EmpikPlace and click ”Reset password."

You will receive an email with a link to reset a password and create a new password, which will be valid for all other platforms. 

 
Remember about safety guidelines before creating a new password. New password should consist of:
  1. at least 12 characters,
  2. at least one digit,
  3. at least one lower case letter,
  4. at least one upper case letter,
  5. at least one symbol.
