Setting and Managing Users
Each person whose registration application for EmpikPlace was approved gets a status of an administrator automatically, which allows them to log in into EmpikPlace Seller Dashboard.
Your store's account can be managed by multiple persons – you can grand them either a full access or a partial access.
How to add a user through EmpikPlace Seller dashboard?
- Log in to Empik Seller Dashboard.
- In the menu tab, select: Settings > Users > Create user.
- 2. In the "Email address", enter the email address of a new user – a notification about creating a new user will be send to this email and they will be able to log in to their account.
- 3. Select the language.
- 4. Assign the role to the account. You can grand an access to all roles or just to selected roles to limit their access to the Dashboard.
- 5. Save the changes.
The new user will receive an email about account creation and the ability to set a new password for logging to EmpikPlace dashboard.
