The product must have a product page and listed offer to it for your off offer to be visible in empik.com.
Firstly, you have to check if a product page of your product is available in Empik database. Adding an offer will depend on whether the product exists in the Empik catalogue or whether you need to create it.
Checking if a product already exists in EmpikPlace’s database
Each Seller must verify if the product page has been set up in our system before adding an offer.
Then, enter the EAN in the search bar to find a product you would like to offer - if the products appears in the search results, it means that we have this product in the EmpikPlace database and you just need to add an offer to it.

Please remember to add product information in Polish and conver the currency from EUR to Polish currency (PLN).
Empik does not convert the currency automatically, so you have to do this on your own.

We do not impose a specific exchange rate on our merchants, you
decide which exchange rate you choose to convert the price of your
offer.
Please check the accuracy of information before you link an offer to a product.
Logistic Class–the logistic class that you set up while shipping configuration, you can find it in the “Settings” section fields
Lead time to ship– you can find it in the “Order Conditions” section fields
SKU–a number which is an offer identifier, you can find it in the “Catalog manager” tab as well as the period for which it will be in force
After adding the offer, go to the Price and stock > Offers.
To see how the offer looks like on empik.com:
find it on the list,
click on its name,
click ”View public page” – the offer will be visible in the next few hours.
Do not take information in the ”Pending Offers” tab into consideration – the data may be obsolete due to the data migration on EmpikPlace. Therefore, please rely on information in the ”Track Product Imports” or "Track Offer Imports" tab.
To see if the products were imported correctly, you can check it by going to Price and stock > File imports > Track Offer Imports. If there are errors in the file, analyse them and import the products after correction.
