Adding an Individual Product

Checking if a product already exists in EmpikPlace’s database
Each Seller must verify if the product page has been set up in our system before adding an offer.

To do so:
  1. Click "Add an Offer" in the top right corner.


If you entered an EAN number in the research bar and the product was no found, it means that we do not have this product in the database. Therefore, you must create a product page and link an offer to it. 

You can do this by clicking on "Create Product" - here you will create a new product page and link your offer in one step.

Please remember to add product information in Polish.

Adding a product  and linking an offer is divided into 3 basic steps:
  1. Selecting the product category
  2. Filling product characteristics
  3. Filling offer characteristics

Selecting the product category

To do this, select the category to the last subcategory and fill in required product and offer fields that are marked with an asterisk.




Product's characteristics

This is otherwise known as a product page.
The fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory and should be filled in first. On the other hand, the more parameters you complete, the easier it will be for customers to search for your product on empik.com! 
When you notice a missing value that you want to enter, the first thing you should do is to contact the Support Department via email with information what values you want us to enter into the system.

Offer's characteristics

The last step is to fill in offer's parameters.
Similarly to the product page, you should fill in all the fields that are marked with an asterisk. On the other hand, the more parameters that are completed, the easier it will be for customers to search for the product on empik.com! 



After entering information, click "Submit for approval."

To see if the products were imported correctly, you can check it by going to Price and stock > File imports > Track Offer Imports. If there are errors in the file, analyse them and import the products after correction.
