Completing Company's Information

  1. You can find the "Hello" section in the top righ corner  it will guide you through the configuration process of your store in three simple steps. You will ready to start selling after you complete these steps.




FILLING IN COMPANY DETAILS

If you click on the first step, you will be taken to the Seller Dashboard. Firstly, you should fill in information about your store. 
To do this, select Settings > Shop.



Fill in the following sections:
  1. Shop
  2. Shipping & Returns  a Polish Return policy template is available here
  3. Additional information
  4. GDPR  a Polish Privacy policy and GDPR template is available here
  5. Settlements – fill in the "Inoice email address"

Remember!
Required fields are marked with an asteriks; however, you should complete as many fields as possible because completed fields will be visible to customers on empik.com, thus it will make your store's profile more attractive.
We encourage you to enter information that will help customers familiarise themselves with your company and your return policy.


Some tips on the store name:
  1. The store’s name cannot bear similarity to an internet domain, i.e., the name cannot end with PL, COM, EU, etc.
  2. The seller cannot use wording such as “the official store,” “an authorised online store” and “the flagship store” without EmpikPlace’s permission.
  3. If you would like to include one of the aforementioned expressions, please contact our Support Department at support-marketplace@empik.com.
