Management of Product's Commercial Information

Rules for selecting a preferred Seller in the “BuyBox”

Version applicable as of December 15, 2023

In accordance to the Rules of Use of the Empik.com Platform (for Merchants), the order in which the Sellers are presented on a product page is determined by mechanisms for promoting Empik’s offer (hereinafter referred to as “Empik”) or other evaluation criteria, which apply to all Sellers on empik.com (including Empik).
The result of this mechanism is presented on empik.com platform as a “BuyBox” of a given product.
